Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Barham Investment Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Atlas Investment Reports service (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Order information you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, the property address you want researched, and the report tier you select.
- Optional information you choose to provide after ordering: figures, notes, and documents (for example a rent roll, operating statement, or offering memorandum) submitted through the optional intake form. This is entirely optional and your report proceeds without it.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and a payment identifier). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information: basic request data such as your IP address, used to operate the site securely and to limit abuse of the public order form.
The research that goes into a report draws on public records and public and licensed datasets about the property. That is information about a parcel of real estate, not information we collect about you.
2. How we use information
- To produce, review, and deliver the report you ordered.
- To communicate with you about your order, including sending your report link and answering questions.
- To process payment and handle refunds.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to keep records of orders for accounting and legal purposes.
- With your consent or at your request, to follow up about related services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. When we share information
- Service providers that help us run the Service under confidentiality obligations, including our payment processor (Stripe), our database and hosting providers, and our email provider.
- Data sources: when we look up a property, we query public records and government and licensed data services. Those queries contain the property address, not your identity.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer: if the business is sold or reorganized, order records may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Retention
We keep order records, delivered reports, and any information you submitted for as long as needed to provide the Service, support you afterward, and meet accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information associated with your order, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
5. Security
Report links use long, randomly generated tokens and are not publicly indexed. Access to order data is restricted to the people operating the Service. Optional documents you upload are stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
6. Your choices
- You can decline to provide optional information; only your name, email, and the property address are needed to place an order.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.
- You can opt out of any non-essential follow-up communication at any time.
7. Children
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
